James Lilecks strikes again! He posts several "secret documents" obtained after inspection of the house where al-Zaqawri was killed last week. Apparently things are not all rosy in the al-Qaeda leadership ranks nowadays. The following is a memo from the new leader of al-Qaeda, discussing new rules for his followers.
