ST. LOUIS - Favored by few, the St. Louis Cardinals used an unlikely cast of characters to win their first World Series in nearly a quarter century.

And we all remember who they beat in 1982 to take that title, don't we?? That was a fun year for baseball in 'Sconsin. Congrats to the Cards and their fans!
