Winter Storm WarningURGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI 419 PM CST SAT DEC 1 2007 ...FIRST MAJOR WINTER STORM OF THE SEASON WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT.. .LOW PRESSURE MOVING FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE GREAT LAKES WILL PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN TONIGHT. SNOW WILL FALL...HEAVY AT TIMES...DURING THE EARLY EVENING...THEN GRADUALLY CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN FROM SOUTH TO NORTH AS WARMER AIR ARRIVES IN THE MID LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE. FAR NORTHERN WISCONSIN COULD BE COLD ENOUGH FOR ALL SNOW. GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY THIS EVENING. A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST SUNDAY. SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHT. IT MAY MIX WITH SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD DIMINISH TO LIGHT SNOW OR FREEZING DRIZZLE BY DAYBREAK. A TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 7 TO 10 INCHES IS EXPECTED. A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW... SLEET...AND ICE ARE EXPECTED. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

Because you like it! If you came south where it is warm, you'd melt in the summer. That or your AC bill would break you. Ha, Cold turkeys! LOL
